Prof Viola Adaku Onwuliri Biography

Prof. Viola Adaku Onwuliri is an educationist, author, woman leader, and professor of Biochemistry. Born in Umuokisi, Amuzi, Ahiazu Mbaise local government area of Imo State. Education: She was educated at Owerri Girls’ Secondary School, Imo State, 1970-1974; University of Nigeria, Nsukka, 1975-1979; University of Jos, 1981-1991; Howard University, Washington DC, USA, 1990; Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, USA. She obtained a Ph.D in Biochemistry from the University of Jos. Career: She was graduate assistant, 1981-1984; assistant lecturer, 1984-1987; lecturer 11, 1987-1990; lecturer 1, 1990-1993; senior lecturer, 1993-2001, reader, 2001-2004; professor, 2004. Chukwuemeka Onwuliri Works as a Technical Consulting Lead for Tryiad

In early 2016, Chukwuemeka Onwuliri   works as a technical consulting lead for Tryiad and he takes care of his two daughters. Ex-Minister Prof. Viola Onwuliri’s Son, Chukwuemeka Onwuliri

Engr. Chukwuemeka Osmond Elihe Onwuliri is the son of former Nigerian Foreign Minister, Prof.(Mrs) Viola Onwuliri and Former FUTO University Vice Chancellor, Late Prof. Celestine Onwuliri. He started his career as an engineering undergraduate at University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) in 1999 eventually graduating as the school’s valedictorian with a First Class in Engineering before rapidly rising through the ranks in the Oil and Gas industry through nothing but perseverance and hard work. He later earnt an MBA from the University of Liverpool in the UK. Chukwuemeka Onwuliri

Professor Festus Chukwuemeka Onwuliri got his Ph.D at the age of 35years from University of Jos. He has previously had his B.Sc., M.Sc and AIML from   the University of Nigeria Nsukka, University of Jos and Medical Laboratory College Vom, Nigeria respectively. He has acquired a wide range of administrative experience. He was the Head of Department of Plant Science and Technology, University of Jos and is the Director of Victory medical laboratory service, Jos Nigeria. Professor F. C. Onwuliri has published about 65 papers in both national and international Journals. He has supervised 54 Post Graduate students both at Ph.D and M.Sc levels in the area of Microbiology and Biotechnology. He has also supervised over 150 undergraduate students.
